บทคัดย่อ
SOS Score เป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินความเสี่ยงของผู้ป่วยที่มีโอกาสทรุดลงจากภาวะติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือด ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มอาการที่เป็นสาเหตุสำคัญของการเสียชีวิตอันดับต้น ๆ ของประเทศ การนำใช้ SOS SCORE เป็นการเฝ้าระวังอาการผู้ป่วยก่อนเข้าสู่ภาวะวิกฤตและส่งต่อข้อมูลไปยังแพทย์เพื่อให้การรักษาที่เหมาะสมอย่างทันที ซึ่งนับเป็นบทบาทสำคัญของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนำใช้ SOS Score และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการนำใช้ SOS Score ในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กลุ่มงานอายุรกรรม โรงพยาบาลวชิระภูเก็ต กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยกลุ่มงานอายุรกรรม ระหว่างเดือนเมษายน – พฤษภาคม 2563 เครื่องมือประกอบด้วยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความรู้ แบบวัดทัศนคติ แบบวัดความคิดเห็น การสนับสนุนด้านนโยบาย ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไป โดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรด้วยสถิติไค-สแควร์
ผลการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 176 คน ( ตอบกลับ 171 คน) พบว่า มีการนำใช้ SOS Score อยู่ในระดับมาก (X = 2.79, SD = 0.452) คะแนนความรู้ ทัศนคติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และการสนับสนุนด้านนโยบายอยู่ในระดับมาก (X = 2.76, SD = 0.491; X = 4.06, SD = 0.661, X = 2.73, SD = 0.457 ตามลำดับ) ทั้งนี้ ทัศนคติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพและการสนับสนุนด้านนโยบายมีความสัมพันธ์กับการนำใช้ SOS Score ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ( 2 = 15.694, p =0.015; 2 = 12.334, p = 0.015 ตามลำดับ)

Abstract
SOS score is a instrument for risk evaluation in high risk patients with sepsis, which is the major cause of mortality in Thailand. SOS score is used to monitoring high risk patients before proceed to the critical stage, hence the patients can get the treatment properly and timely which are the important role of professional nurses. This descriptive study focus on SOS score application and the factors relate to SOS score application in high risk patients with sepsis of internal medicine ward, Vachira Phuket hospital. The representative sample in this study is registered nurses who work in the internal medicine ward during April to May 2020.The research instruments include personal information, knowledge, attitude and support policy questionnaire. All research instruments are validated. The general data is analyzed by descriptive statistics and Chi-square is used to describe about relationship between categorical variables
The study result from the sample group 176 persons (return 171 persons)reveals the large number of application on SOS score at high levels (X = 2.79, SD = 0.452), the nurses knowledge, attitude and support policy score are high levels (X = 2.76, SD = 0.491; X = 4.06, SD = 0.661, X = 2.73, SD = 0.457 respectively).Furthermore,There was relationship between attitude, support policy and the use of SOS score of nurses at a statistically significant. ( 2 = 15.694, p =0.015; 2 = 12.334, p = 0.015 respectively)
